Lost 1.5 pounds this week

 

Even the best juices which are undoubtedly great for your health and immune system can be loaded with calories and as we all know the calories tend to stack up mostly around the hips.

So while you are trying to lose weight it might be a good idea to stock to water flavored with lemon juice (fresh lemon preferably).

 

When you need a snack and the fridge is calling go to the fruit bowl and have an apple. An apple is filling and will get you to dinner without sinning against the weight loss gods.

 

While we are at it, it might be a good idea to create a meal plan that contains three meals and two snacks a day. Spread your allowed points or calories over these meals and snacks and stick to it.

 

If you don’t already have one then today get yourself a food journal. Use it to plan and record what you are going to eat and what you have actually eaten.

 

Weight loss is like most things and places in life; if you know where you are going you just might get there, but only if you take the right route. Your journal is the map you use to get you to your goal weight.
