Weighed in today and was down 2 pound. Not bad I suppose but to tell the truth I was disappointed. I really tried hard, stuck to the bible and pointed out everything, so I thought I would have lost more.
Another lady who joined last week lost 8.6 pounds and it was like she had won the lottery. Back to the grind this morning, one cup of cereal with raisins and skim mild. My husband thinks that I have got terminal PMT. But it’s just the killer instinct.
Think of this when a lion is fed and satisfied it just lies around and provided you don’t threaten it it posed little danger. But when the dame lion is very hungry some chemical is released into its system that makes it real mean.
For the past week that same chemical has been coursing through my bloodstream. Basically speaking I want to kill and eat.
Did I ever think when I was pilling on the pounds that I would pay a price like this. It sure doesn’t look much of a bargain now.
I will be adding a recipe section soon so keep checking in.. I will definitely post more often from here out. Last week was just so hard.
